When you open the box, you get a camera, a black velvet bag, an AV-to-micro USB cable, a wrist strap and a usb-to-microusb cable, along with the charger. There's also a manual, though the camera is simple enough to figure out.

The camera is VERY light, and it feels like you have a cheap budget camera (which you do, really). The buttons are all relatively loose, requiring a firm press to work them. There's a quality switch on the left side (when looking at the display and buttons), which allows you to use it in 720p, "sports" quality (essentially, a widescreen standard definition with a fast framerate), and "webQ", which is classic standard definition. The toggle is great for this, as it's easy to work and stays put when filming.

The camera's HD film is average. It has a distinctly blue hue to it, even in bright light. It's not good for TV viewing, but for web it's good enough. The bad point of this camera is the horrid photo-taking mode. You must be completely still to take a half-way decent photo, and the subject must be still. This will NOT replace a digital camera in this regard.

It's decent for YouTube videos and the occasional "I can't miss this" snapshot if nothing else is available, but for a budget camera, it's good enough. I can't say I'd reccomend it to a friend, but for the price I got it ($35), I'd say it's what I payed for.

I have the EZ229 model, which is the closest to this one. I bought it last summer and later got a new computer with windows 7 OS. I just found out this camera's software is NOT compatible with Windows 7!

PLUS, the one I have has no capability for use with a tripod, which it really needs.
